Welcome to Exchange Mail 2.0.
 Download Flashplayer Now!
We'll be making some improvements soon-don't worry, no major changes; just a few things to make to make the system even easier to use.  You'll need to have Flashplayer installed though.  Most internet users have this already, but you can go here to install the latest version.

 Getting started:

  1.  Customize your Preferences to receive only messages that interest you.
  2. Add your company logos and additional signature information under "My Signature and Logos".
  3. (optional) Outlook users: setup your Outlook to organize Exchange Mail messages into separate folders by importing our rules as explained here in the "User's Guide".

Simply roll your pointer over the nearest point at me for help for help if you have any questions.  Click here if you have feedback or questions on the new system.

Do you have multiple brokers in your office interested in learning to make the most of Exchange Mail?  Contact the Exchange Mail Coordinator (Chris Leslie) to schedule an in office training session.

Attachment problems?  Try updating to the latest version of Adobe Reader here.

Exchange Mail is another valuable Benefit for Realtor members of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®.

Why am I seeing new "Saved Preferences/Searches" that I did not create?

To help out those of you that have not had the time to get setup on the new system and to restore recipient list numbers, we automatically set up some searches for categories you were previously receiving.  With the simplified submarket choices and the added filtering options in the new system, these won’t be exact, so be sure to log in to make any adjustments you feel are necessary.

For those of you who were receiving "Outside Metro Atlanta", we also recently added a search for your interests for each of the new Outside Metro Atlanta Areas.  If there is any area you are interested in, you can simply delete the search by clicking the bin next to it.
